Staff and food perfectly suited our needs. The hotel was located very close to shops and motorway, the Mount Eden. We liked this staying.

Staff was RESPONSIVE, rooms were unique - warm experience. The American breakfast was reasonably good and included coffee, meats, fresh fruit, scrambled eggs and cheese, everything was yummy. Amazing location, a 10-15 minute walking distance from maungawhau. The beach nearby was good and the view was scenic. The disco bar was premium and the drinks were local.

It is little hotel, I loved decent location and fairly quiet rooms. Newmarket district deserves your attention.

the staff was efficient, the room was good-sized. the staff did all they can for a fine stay. the service was friendly in my opinion. i really used free wifi throughout the property. super location to one tree hill.
